Somatech
Description and Composition
Somatech is biotechnologically produced Bovine Somatotropin (BST), a natural protein hormone produced by cows.
It is a sustained release injectable formulation containing 500mg of somatotropin in each syringe.
Since the 1930’s it has been known that supplementing cows with small amounts of BST increases milk production. Hence Somatech enables cows to produce, safely and efficiently, more milk.
Indications
Supplementation of plasma levels of bovine somatrotropin to increase milk production and improve production efficiency in dairy cows.
Benefits
Somatech is known to increase milk production upto 40%.
